Expert curator Louise Young and Freelance sustainability educator Rhys Taylor introduce you to the world of undercover growing and the benefits of year-long crops.
You’ll enjoy a hands-on demonstration of creating a cloche (French for bell) followed by a special tour of the Curator’s House garden, with a taster of seasonal tapas from renowned restaurateur Javier Garcia.
