Ingredients
Mix and store in an airtight container;
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups polenta
- 1 tsp chicken stock
- 1 tsp curry powder

Method
- Wash potatoes (do not peel)
- Chop into wedges and put them into a plastic bag. Put 2/3 tablespoons of mixture in the bag and shake until wedges are coated.
- Place wedges in lightly oiled pan and bake at 220C for 30 – 40 minutes.
A hit with children of all ages!
